This is a trauma-informed, somatic space to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with grounded inner stability gently, without pressure.

My approach is grounded in The Regulate & Rebuild Method an inside-out framework designed to support sustainable change, especially during seasons of uncertainty and transition.

Move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional stability  from a regulated place, not pressure.

We don’t rush healing here.

We regulate first  then rebuild what matters, gently and intentionally.

Meet the Founder


“Empowering you to heal, reconnect, and thrive because healing is a journey we take together.”

I’m Latonyia Sumpter, a Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, Integrative Wellness Coach, and healer whose life’s work was born from my deepest breaking point.

A decade ago, I was a woman standing in the middle of uncertainty moving through my own life transition with no clear roadmap ahead.

I was overwhelmed.

I felt disconnected.

At times, I was sinking quietly into depression, unsure of who I was becoming or where I was going.

What I didn’t realize then was that this season wasn’t breaking me it was calling me home.

That period of uncertainty became the doorway back to myself.

Through my own healing, I discovered body-based practices learning how to listen to my nervous system, move through emotion, and create safety from the inside out. What began as survival slowly transformed into self-trust. What felt like an ending revealed itself as a rebirth.

The life transition I feared wasn’t the end of me.

It was the awakening of me.

Today, my work is rooted in what I lived not just what I learned. I support others navigating uncertainty, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion by guiding them back into their bodies, their breath, and their inner sense of safety.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about remembering who you were before survival took over.

And creating space to become whole again on your own terms.
