Meet the Founder
“Empowering you to heal, reconnect, and thrive because healing is a journey we take together.”
I’m Latonyia Sumpter, a Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, Integrative Wellness Coach, and healer whose life’s work was born from my deepest breaking point.
A decade ago, I was a woman in the middle of a divorce emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, disconnected from my body, and questioning my worth. I didn’t have the tools I teach today. I didn’t know how to regulate my nervous system, how to come back home to myself, or how to rebuild my identity. I was overwhelmed, drowning in depression, and trying to hold myself together while my world was falling apart.
But that moment became the beginning of my rebirth.
My divorce wasn’t the end of me it was the awakening of me.
It pushed me onto the yoga mat for the very first time.
It forced me to look at my trauma, my patterns, my self-sacrifice, and the pieces of myself I had abandoned.
It showed me how much I had neglected my own worth, my voice, my body, and my emotional wellbeing.
And through that journey, I rebuilt myself.
For the past ten years, I’ve done the inner work layer by layer and transformed my pain into purpose. Today, I help women navigating divorce, trauma, anxiety, and emotional burnout rise into the most powerful version of themselves.
