From the Mat to the Throne
Like many of you, I spent years living inside a story I didn’t realize I was writing. I was a survivor of inner child trauma but it took the total upheaval of a divorce for me to understand that my body was still carrying the weight of a past I believed I’d left behind.
In that season of upheaval, I was forced to face a fundamental choice: collapse beneath the pressure of it all, or turn inward and begin the real work. I chose to look within.
What also began as a season of deep depression became the catalyst for my rebirth. I started peeling back the layers of childhood imprints that had quietly dictated my choices for decades. I found my first lifeline on the yoga mat but the true transformation happened when I dared to take the work off the mat and into my everyday life.
As my nervous system began to regulate and heal, the wins started compounding. I watched my anxious attachment patterns dissolve. I witnessed psychological imprints rooted in me since childhood finally begin to shift. I wasn’t just “getting through” a divorce I was being reborn into a woman who finally knew how to inhabit her own power.
Today, I lead the Somatic Revolution because I know, from the inside out, that healing isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about becoming someone new a more sovereign, more embodied version of yourself.

I combine evidence-based somatic protocols with deep energetic calibration to help women settle the biological debt of their past. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation and high-impact leadership guiding you from the “survival mode” of your history into the full sovereignty of your future.

• 300-HR Registered Yoga Teacher (YTT): Utilizing the body as the primary vehicle for presence, processing, and lasting release.
• Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor: Holding a safe, regulated container for deep somatic work and nervous system healing.
• Energy Healing Specialist: Calibrating the bioelectric field to restore vital life force and expand your natural “broadcast” power.
