We will focus on building strength and mobility through mindful movement while connecting with our breath. Gentle Somatic Nervous System Reset Yoga

This gentle, somatic trauma-informed yoga class is designed to help you move from overwhelm into a felt sense of safety, calm, and connection with your body.
This is not a fitness class.
There is no pushing, forcing, or fixing.
This is a slow, supportive practice focused on nervous system regulation through gentle movement, breath, and presence especially for those who have been carrying a lot emotionally or mentally.
If life has felt heavy, uncertain, or overstimulating, this class offers a place to pause and soften.
