Most of us spend our lives managing stress, but we never actually let it go. We carry the tension of every life transition and every old childhood story in our bodies like heavy armor. This session is a dedicated space to finally lay that armor down.

What We’ll Do Together

1. The Physical Release

We begin with gentle, intentional somatic movement to help your body exhale. We focus on the places where you naturally grip when life gets heavy — the jaw, the shoulders, the breath. This is the moment your nervous system finally receives the signal that it is safe to relax.

2. The Inner Inquiry

Using a few focused journal prompts, we bridge the gap between your heart and your head looking honestly at what is ready to leave your current chapter so you can make room for what is coming next.

3. The Future Self Meditation

This is the heart of our time together. I will guide you into a meditation to meet the version of you who is already grounded, sovereign, and free. You won’t just see her you will feel her presence. And we will anchor her energy into your body right now, so you carry her strength and clarity back into your daily life.

What to Expect

You don’t need to arrive clear-headed or in a good mood. You don’t need to fix anything before you get here. Come exactly as you are heavy, scattered, or simply ready. We begin by acknowledging exactly where you are, with compassion and zero judgment.

By the end of our Virtual 60 minutes together, you won’t just feel better. You will feel re-aligned reconnected to the version of you that was always there, waiting beneath the weight.
