The Journey Breakdown

1. The Physical Release

We begin with gentle, intentional somatic movements to help the body exhale. We focus on the areas where we naturally 'grip' when life gets heavy the jaw, the shoulders, and the breath. This is the moment your body finally receives the signal that it is safe to relax.

2. The Inner Inquiry

Using a few focused journal prompts, we bridge the gap between your heart and your head. We look at what is ready to be released from your current chapter so you can make room for what is coming next.

3. The Future Self Meditation

This is the heart of our session. I will lead you through a guided meditation to meet the future version of yourself the one who is already grounded, sovereign, and free.

We start exactly where you are. No need to "fix" your mood or "clear" your head. Whether you are feeling heavy, scattered, or just ready for a change, you belong in this space. We begin by acknowledging the current "score" your body is holding with compassion and zero judgment.

2. Release the Weight

Through slow, intentional movement and focused journaling, we start the process of laying the armor down. You’ll be guided to notice where you’ve been holding on physically and mentally and given the space to finally exhale it. This is the "Reset" for your nervous system.

The journey culminates in the guided meditation where you will meet your Future Self. This isn't just a visualization; it’s a physical homecoming. You will leave the session not just feeling "better," but feeling realigned with the version of you that is already standing in her power.
